Exercise and Inspire

When is the last time that you went for a run, worked out, performed yoga, or worked your body in any way (other than sex, although that's a good form) for the sheer purpose of enhancing your health and appearance?

Well, exercise is key and it gives you the energy and motivation that you had in your youth. Also, when you can commit to exercise long enough to see tangible results it inspires those around you. It also builds your personal confidence and gives you something outside of the daily grind to look forward to.

Take everything off and go look in the mirror!

The infinite seed?

The infinite seed in an introduction to the truth. The reality that we are all the workings and emanations of one entity. A spirit force, who has created a perpetual and ever-evolving creation through the unerring law of perpetual and selfless giving.

A reality which watches one creation improving to the next and then persisting through evolutionary generations, ad infinitum. Each generation or evolved form being more advanced and more capable of achievement than the last. We are the infinite seed.

Upon this recognition we must take responsibility, and commit to living our destiny. We, members of every generation, are destined to become the greatest example of creation since the beginning of time. Upon, accepting this reality, we can plant our seeds, tend to our garden, and keep the infinite seed forever advancing.

It is our duty to become one with the spirit which will make our creation one of everlasting peace, love, and happiness for all beings in the universe. To create a virtual heaven on Earth.
