When is the last time that you went for a run, worked out, performed yoga, or worked your body in any way (other than sex, although that's a good form) for the sheer purpose of enhancing your health and appearance?
Well, exercise is key and it gives you the energy and motivation that you had in your youth. Also, when you can commit to exercise long enough to see tangible results it inspires those around you. It also builds your personal confidence and gives you something outside of the daily grind to look forward to.
Take everything off and go look in the mirror!
Is that the body you dreamed of? Do you believe that healthy, beautiful, and vibrant bodies are reserved for athletes, performers, and Hollywood stars? If you do, maybe they are exercising to inspire you to do as they do, not to love or hate them for their hard-earned looks.
Remember that body you saw in the mirror, and plan today to make it whatever your ideal is. Tuck that belly away. Lose that cellulite. Lose pounds, lose inches, but most importantly begin today to change your life. Reclaim the amazing body you had when you were at your best.
Put down that cocktail and pick up those gym shoes. Lose that couch potato attitude and get active for one hour per day. Forget about starting tomorrow, next week, next month, for New Year's. Begin today, right now to exercise and inspire the world around you.
You can do it. You just have to start.

i run every other day, with my dog. admittedly, having "someone else to run with" provides more motivation than going solo...but, even before the dog, exercise was of big importance to me. my body type is one that "rapidly gains weight" if i am sedentary. and that's even if i eat healthy.
inspiring blog. thank you. :)
